For the thematic work "Dialogue", I initially started with a two-part sculpture. Somehow I failed on the second part and the sculpture remained unfinished even after completion. Looking at it, I couldn't shake off the thought that perhaps the soliloquy would come into question before the dialog. The horizontal and the vertical are central design features in my sculptures. In MONOLOG, the two basic orientations relate to the idea of being at a distance from oneself, as an experience of self-talk. Vertical - self reflecting in sincerity Horizontal - self reflecting in the encounter.
